If you wish to return an ordered product to ask for a replacement or a refund, you can send the product back to us within 30 days from the date of its delivery in accordance with our policy by following a few simple instructions.

1. Instructions
After logging in, go to your account page and view the order containing the product you want to return.
Create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by clicking on the link called ‘Request Return Product’ next to the product you intend to return.
Pack the product to be returned along with all the original tags/labels and the return form.

Write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package/envelope and send it to the following address:
- EUROPE: 71-75 Shelton Street, WC2H 9JQ, London, United Kingdom.
- USA: 304 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States.
The refund or shipment of the replacement product will be processed as soon as the returned product is received.
We do not charge shipping costs to send you a replacement product, but you are responsible for paying for the return shipment.
2. Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be clean, unused or unworn, in original condition, and with tags still attached.
- Items should be carefully packed in order to avoid damage.
- You will need your original receipt or returns note.
- Returns shipped with incomplete or damaged packaging will not be accepted.
3. Recommendations
- Send the package/envelope using a traceable shipping method so you can track it down in case of any problems.
- Substitutions: In order to ensure availability, please specify the desired size/item in the comments field.
- All tags/labels should not be removed from the product, and the original plastic bags containing the product should be kept.
4. For extra EU returns
- You must write “Returned Goods – Failed Sale” on the outside of the package, clearly and visibly. The same must be repeated in the customs declarations CN22 and/or CN23.
- Failure to affix the aforementioned sentence could result in the return not being received and instead being returned to the sender.
- When shipping, do not attach the invoice sent with the original order to the return, but rather declare the value of the individual returned goods.
